Please return your product in suitably protective packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We would advise you to have a means of tracking the package.

Allow up to 7 working days to process your return. Subject to product availability, your replaced product may vary from the original returned product. It will always be of equal or greater performance. If the product is found to be working to specification, it will be returned to you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Note: Only returns with a valid authorisation can be processed. We cannot guarantee the success of the data recovery process if requested. The product sent for data recovery can be returned – please request this if required. It is your responsibility to securely remove any sensitive data from the product before you send it to us.
