What happens if I forget my password? |

After 6 failed password attempts, all data will be erased and the Crypto Drive will be reset to factory settings. The Drive is then reusable. |

If I forget my password are there any clues/hints for me? |
| A. |
You can click on the “Password Hint” button to get an on-screen hint of what your password subject might be. For example, if your password was “Superman88” your password hint might be Favourite comic book”. The Password hint is setup when the Crypto Drive is used for the first time. |

Crypto Drive requires no software to be installed on a PC, it has a zero footprint. |

Yes, Crypto Drive contains an optional “Personal ID Function”. You can store your name, address, phone number and company name on the Drive, whilst your confidential data remains secure at all times. |
